The Return process: Online Return / Exchange — You can return or exchange an item online at catsloveer.com by following the below steps.
-Log in to the 'My Account' section at catsloveer.com
-Select the product that needs to be returned / exchanged
-Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.
Need to return – Few points to remember
-Returns/exchange request need to be within 30 days of the delivery of product
-Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
-All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
-In case you receive a damaged/defective,You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at contacti.z48@gmail.com
-If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 72 hours after the return request is raised.
-Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
-Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
